By requesting technical support and providing your system details, network data, or credentials to KC TECH PRO LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Authorized Access: You grant our technicians permission to access your devices, systems, networks, and servers to diagnose and resolve your technical issues.
• Data Backup Required: You confirm that all critical business data and configurations are fully backed up prior to the start of this support session. KC TECH PRO LLC  is not liable for data loss, system downtime, or hardware conflicts that may occur during troubleshooting.
• Privacy & Sharing: Any passwords, login credentials, or system diagnostics collected during this intake or support session will be encrypted, stored securely within our internal systems, and never shared with external third parties.
