• Grant our technicians necessary administrative access to your systems, devices, and networks.
• Ensure all critical business data is fully backed up prior to any support session.
• Promptly provide accurate information regarding your systems and configurations.

3. Password and Account Security

If you request that we store your login credentials for ongoing support, we will maintain them in an encrypted, isolated system. However, you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KC TECH PRO shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• System downtime, hardware failures, or software conflicts arising during or after technical support sessions.
• Data loss resulting from a client’s failure to maintain independent, up-to-date backups.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate active support sessions, or restrict access to our services if a client violates these terms, exhibits abusive behavior, or requests actions that compromise cybersecurity or legal standards.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Florida.
